Norbert Jürgenhake, Head of Technology and Development
We have been building carcase presses since 1984. Two variations have become established, the upright and the horizontal concept. Both were designed as complex assembly lines. Corner unit carcase presses are used as special solutions.
The assembly lines produce drawers fully automatically. Shelves, side panels and back panels are fed into the assembly process, assembled to a drawer and then finished with a previously completed front in accordance with the respective requirements.
There are various concepts available for the drilling, mortising, milling and shortening of high-quality furniture parts. Fronts, cover panels, side panels, cross sections or top rails for example can be processed fully automatically.
The variations for attaching fittings and hinges are extensive. We offer various concepts for pick & place stations as individual apparatuses or processing stations within the processing machines or complex assembly lines.
We have been using robots since 1993 and our many years of experience and the extensive expertise when it comes to robot technology allows us to offer efficient and unconventional solutions with robots in many different areas.
Customised machine engineering is the foundation our company has been built on 40 years ago. One of our strengths is to turn our customers’ ideas and demands into high-performance machinery and equipment. Put us to the challenge!
